Initial consultations are subject to our service rates, but if you engage us to perform the work, your consultation fee will be applied to your final bill.

For our regular or past customers, your service technician will be available for phone-based consultations to guide you through simple tasks, where possible, in order to spare you the cost of unnecessary service visit.
